how long dose it take for them to bann it?
when is it safe to use it agien?

there's no "correct" answer to this.
I've had 500b+ in and out on accounts without issues.
I've also had accounts get banned after 500m.
All you can do is use a few accounts to try to minimize your risk, and be conscious about what you're risking.

This 100% playing on 6-7 accounts since 2013, got only one banned randomly, did around 300-400b as well in trades - tho, I'm 99% just selling - maybe that's the thing as well?

what about time frame of bann? if i havet trade for lets say 3 weeks am i safe?
and do they bann all accounts that have same ip

time frame, hard to say, again there's no formula. Generally if it's rested 3 weeks though you're likely fine.
They usually only ban accounts on same IP if those accounts have been trading each other for RWT purposes. I've had accounts banned for RWT and my main didn't get the ban.

I recommend getting a VPN (Windscribe) and make a new account when you have successfully changed your IP, get that account members and train it to like lvl 50ish+ combat and do some quests and random skills. Only play this account when using the VPN, and do your trades from that account, so if it does get IP Banned, you will be safe.
