I have 4.3mil on this character. I guess I just trained these stats, idk what I was doing as it was a long time ago.
Should I just start over? Should I just let it sit there, or should I use this account?

There's no need to start over as it's basically a blank slate. If you want to stay 1def pure you can.

would it be worth making it a member acc? Or would the stats fuck up if I started doing quests on it?

Planning for members?

I would recommend checking out Ironman Mode.
If you're not a fan of pvp, ironman offers a pretty unique and rewarding experience to Osrs.

If not, just do what is fun for you.
F2P doesn't have too much, but if you enjoy it, check out the Corsair Curse quest.

It opens up Corsair Coves which has ogresses. They drop very nice stuff.
You'd need slightly higher combats for them though. Preferably 60+ range/mage if you safespot or well over 70 melee base stat.

If you just want to play and aren't concerned with staying a 1 def pure, there's really no way to mess up stats. As for members, I think it's worth it but that's really dependent on how much time you want to spend coming back to osrs.

Questing is the way to go as it unlocks a ton of quality of life perks and best in slot items, i.e. fairy rings, barrow gloves etc. There are quest list guides out there for 1 def pures, zerkers, and mains so you can decide how you want to progress the account.

TBH i don't want to pay membershpi, and it turns out membership bonds are basically equivalent to the current wealth I have. what is the best way to grind gp as a non/member? Is there any way to make more than a mil a day with only like 3-4 hours invested in gaming?
