I'm thinking about selling OSRS gp.
I'm not too worried about the jsp part, i can play it safe here.

Does jagex monitor trading closely or is it safe to transfer 50m gold to another player?

yes 50m is fine. Personally never had a ban but im pretty sure you get flagged after bils not mils in and out
