Dictionary attacks are pretty much the same as they always have been.. it's not like you can make a tool to disable the login attempt time out when that's server sided. A release of a magical cracking tool that ignores anything server related would be used on stuff other than runescape..

A friend had video forever ago about how hackers were getting people's info and there's been plenty of streamers that have been 100% safe and even have auth still get hit by hackers
And crumb had some interviews with some hackers and talked about their discords and everything of where these people gather and discuss / show their hacks etc

This type of shit been going on for years not really all that bs
