why? controlled whip is good for everything you'll get def lvls here and there to break up dry spells and eventually you'll be like 97/99/94

I need visual stimuli to keep going. Without those levels dinging simi often I get extremely discouraged.

If this is the case I'd recommend defense. Plus if you do this then you'll have basically base 90's so people would be more likely to bring you bossing :)
