Ok so.... im taking my 500m bank and selling everything. Im going to be using the cash to buy as many 99 buyables as i can then the rebuild begins!
Ive got 99 prayer and construction banked. I plan on using the 260m cash for 99 crafting and range. then the rest will be dumped into herb! (hope i can get 90)

i just figured the crafting cape would be nice for banking... but i was thinking about that. i honestly may have enough left over to go to 99 idk i didn't run many numbers.
