Im working on my mechanics for the relevant shit as we knock a raid or two out a day while working on upgrades in between. Some minimum level of gear is expected with stats if you are learndending how to raidu. We expect deaths the first plethora of raids, so dont feel terrible, just focus on fixing mistakes.
