It's petty easy if u do one at a time. They all have their own area that they can't leave, so if u watch a guide you will get used to the order u kill them in. If ur really worried you can practice by doing solo rex or just kill supreme and prime while someone else solos rex. Gl

Even if OP had the choice, there really is no significant difference between the lighthouse and waterbirth island, other than ease of access tbh.
