So I was reading the osrs section rules and saw that Infernal cape service is an illegal trade there. To my knowledge only like 2 people here have ever been able to do this for people anyway, but curious why it would be against the rules. Yes it's more risky than a firecape, but both break the osrs rules anyway.

Because if done wrong, it gets both the buyer and the seller's account banned which would in my eyes probably be a NIGHTMARE of a S/A.

Firecape is a trust trade and isn’t against game rules so long as USD isn’t used.

But if you do it in euros or pounds you're safe.

Yes but most capers now do it via vpn. I know most won't do it over team view because of the lag. My buddy just gave the guy his vpn log in so that he could play on his account and same ip

Also looks sketchy when you never done inferno and then you get cape in one try

He's had his for several months with no issues.
