How hard would it be to get one on a pure with:

99 range/mage/hp
44 pray

I just seen a 59 combat with one so it's possible

Pretty much impossible if you havent done a main inferno cape...

much more flicking prowess

about $500 hard.

Took me a very long time on my pure. will admit you need the best of the best. and you have to have patience. also my pure is 52 prayer.
