Anything you guys would really recommend? I just did my 100th task and I now have 500 points. I have the slayer helm / able to make slayer ring. Not sure what else I might have.

I was thinking about saving for rune pouch. Let's see what some top favorites are!

BTW I am 121 combat, almost maxed in all besides 75 pray (piety) and 79 magic.

How many slayer points is a rune pouch?

i wouldn't spend slayer points on a rune pouch if i wasn't a hcim. you can buy them for like 2m. you should get a rune pouch tho, they are really useful -- but not from slayer.

i would either buy a recoloured helm or just save them to skip tasks. you could also unlock certain tasks, or extend the ones you enjoy.

get the herb pouch, makes alot of tasks alot easier for invent management

save for extending tasks you want to do, and hard blocking the ones you don't want to do

herb pouch, bigger and badder, some extends and unlocks, blocks....

i typically do it in this order. Blocks, rings, extends, helm, herb sack.
depending on if its an ironman, i will work in broadbolt fletching after slayer rings.

if ur not an ironman, you would base ur extends on what ur trying to do. if ur going for gp, extend nechreals, dust devils, gargs, kurask. if ur going for xp/hr, extend anything u can cannonor burst in multi or anything low def. i always extend bloodvelds, because their def is shit and u can get good xp/hr.
