It depends what "Mid level" means to you, but alching items like Black D'hide body is good profit. Using the Tan Leather spell if you have the hard Fremennik diary is also a good one.

Reported for not only being so wrong, but also for spam.

Revenants might be a good option if you have a decent ranged level, and able to invest in a webweaver bow. Assuming it is around 2mil/hr with the occasional death already calculated.
Apply to be a bone runner in Bone Dash, this is about a 3mil per hour if you get customers.
As Aarone mentioned, herbruns are a decent income hourly.
Daily Zaff's battlestaves, those take seconds to obtain.
Provide services on d2jsp.
Tombs of Amascut.
Flipping high volume items on the GE (those are good to start off with like a 20mil bank).
