I'm not opposed to having a new item always in effect besides when I'm asleep.
I'm just already noticing big down time because doesn't want us to have nice things.

Are you okay with 1 a day or would you like me to update anytime, anywhere & why?

Almost has to be one a day because at the current rate, money would run out this weekend!! Dude is an actual animal. I haven't even been able to attempt this cool idea because by the time I see the next roll dude has the drop lol

One a day is fine, idk if it’s a good idea but maybe change it so the first 3 people to get the drop win
1st: 40 fg
2nd: 25 fg
3rd: 10 fg

Could also make it so after the first drop, you can give everyone X amount of time to get 2nd and 3rd place & if only one person gets the drop they’ll get the whole fg pool

Change the values to fit your needs/availability etc, anything to prevent a spoon ending the comp in 1 hr will help

My fear is people won't even attempt it if the prize is so low.

I figured this way if I just updated when I saw a winner there "should" almost always be something to hunt for unless I'm asleep.

I'll keep the prize tiers into consideration 100%.



Well we've had some awesome donations from the get go. I'm sure there's gonna be some items that may take quite a while like a certain barrows piece/gwd piece etc. Just seems we've had some spoons, but the return of the dry may be imminent

True! It is called Lord of the spoons, just dont want ya to burn yourself out updating to a new item all the time but like you said a tough item could make it go on longer!

I’m down for raid items! Especially since cox qol fixes are inbound

The main thing I'm trying to avoid is adding slayer task only items (even though abby dagger basically is one.. lol)
I wouldn't mind adding slayer items themselves like a gmaul/dark bow/ anything you can kill offtask also. Just depends on feedback since some drops are locked behind a decent slayer level like Occult.

absolutely love this Lots idea but I do see how it may be frustrating to people participating if the item is found before then even get to give it a shot. I would be in favor of adding a second place prize just to continue to give people a chance or possibly allowing the day to finish out and all people who find it in the day split the pot but first claims the "win". I cant speak for everyone but I dont think many people are really trying to get rich off the fg won, its more about the competition. Again I think its great the way it is but I can see the downsides as well. Just giving my opinion.

Fucking light bearer is 1/3.429 odds, same as fang, and i have 6 light bearer and 0 fang..

Also, I voted for once a day. Someone wins it they get the FG, if nobody wins it, that FG is rolled over into tomorrow along with the additional FG. If there is say a week without people getting the item, then the prize may be 300-400 fg or w/e its accumulated up to.
