Depends on if you are asking in the sense of paying someone the 1b gp or intend on using it yourself along the way of leveling up.

also depends on how long you wish to remain f2p and whether or not you'd be gathering resources naturally along the way etc, need some more specifics here in order to get a realistic answer tbh.

1B Will get you a long way if you want to play the game.

It will give you the opportunity to buy some items that are really usefull and focus on playing the game instead of saving cash for those items.

it's not that deep... also go back to your main and pay your scams.

1b will get you to probably 2k total level and mid to high level pvm. Herblore and prayer will be your big gp sinks but can be done in a very cost effective manner. The wiki calculators are 95% up to date with gp/xp etc are very accurate. Things can be boosted in xp/h by saving for bxp weekends every 3 months.

T70-90 gear is normally sub 200m per combat style.

Things ramp up in price the closer to end game you get, but farming gold, even passively is relatively lucrative
