Havent played since 2011, looking to come back anything i need to know or pretty much the same?

Just have fun! Sailing is off in distant. End game gear has changed a mega ton. And now there's ironman mode. Group ironman. Hardcore and ultimate

Both RS3 and OSRS are pretty cool, depending on what you like. I personally have been playing more OSRS because it's definitely more nostalgic than rs3.

both PvP and PvM have changed pretty signifcantly. Also gp/hr for some end game content is pretty nuts

still have Dragon Whip or whatever its called?

Abyssal and tentacle whip. Never known a dragon whip less it was in rs3
