Biggest thing is don't talk in game about the trade, make sure to give something back in the trade, use members/high lvl accounts.

Approach at your own risk, if you feel it's going to put your account at risk, just don't do it.

Alot of people use the caution tips as stated. It's been a thing for years and haven't seen tons of people get banned. It also depends on how that user has conducted the trades.
