I kinda missed how it was "such an epic novel" or how it was "the most American of all American literature pieces."

Did anyone else feel this way?

then i hear of schools that read harry potter and stephen kings "the dark tower" series...

not that i had anything against school literature, i actually enjoyed alot of the required reading (just not the dumb worksheets)
