What the fuck was Ted Tonks doing at the Platform 9 and 3/4 kissing girls when he is 19???

When Harry uses the Crucio on Amycus he says 'I see what Bellatrix meant, You do have to mean it', Does that mean he feels more strongly about his old Teacher getting spat on than the Death of his God father?

When Harry is still 16 and the Trace is on him, Others are allowed to use magic around him and the Ministry don't know.
But in the second book Dobby uses a Hover charm, Harry gets blamed for it.
Why?

#1 - No Fucking Idea

#2 - When he uses it. He used more force and more passion into the spell.

#3 - I think you read it wrong. Others that perform magic around underage kids get tracked by the Ministry.

if you mean why is he there, maybe the girl he was kissing was leaving for her last year at hogwarts

also, harry is his godfather, he probly lives with harry...

and for q3, the ministry is staying out of it this time. You remember Harry did actually use magic while on the bike with Hagrid and nothing happened? The ministry wants to stay out of it this time, somebody in the book explained but I can't remember who.

I have yet to get the book.

Lupin said that Mad-Eye set up some curses for intruders in 12 Grimmauld Place.
Since he died shouldn't they have worn off???
