Ok, so heres a short overview of a few series and books ive read to give you an idea of what i like


Dark tower series - Stephen King
Dreamcatcher - Stephen king
Harry potter series
Eragon & Eldest
Stigma - phillip hawley jr
The cat who series of books
(in the past) the boxcar children series


so basically i like mystery, adventure, fiction, thrillers, "quest" or "journey" type books

anyone recomend anything theyve read recently?

I would either start with the Icewind Dale Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore or with the Dragonlance series by Margret Wiess and Tracy Hickman( make sure you start at the beginning with these. Where as they start out boring they end great. also if you like Stephen King look at Dean Koontz he is a great mystery/thriller writher

oh

in fact, i have heard of the dragonlance series, im gonna take that one up here soon (thx)

i have read some dean koontz, i like him but king>koontz IMO

icewind dale, is that a book based on the game? or is the game based on the book?


oh,. ive also read some of the magic the gathering books (very good wether you play or not)

]and the halo 3 books, also insanely good

ive been thinking about reading some books based on the d2, sc, wc3, wow, etc, i know theres some out there

neither the game or the book are based on each other the game happens after the trilogy. If you have never read R.A. Salvotore he is one of the greatest arthor's of all time(seriously) Like with Tolkein(hopefully you know who he is) cough....cough lord of the rings lol

oooooommmmmmmgggggggg i don't want to flame but unless you under the age of 6 you should have already read the lotr books wow dont know what to say

i dont go to librarys much (prefer to buy) and the only friend with the series lives 200 miles away! so ya

i will read it someday, im just waiting for the free time again

off the beaten path, i did read the first 4 books in the "all creatures bright and beautiful" series, which is the true stories of a vet, found them interesting

best book in world bottom line read it its relitivly short

but i may be moving to las vegas, nevada

we'll see

lotta turmoil lately or id buy more books, last i bought was HP7, got stigma from my grandmother, O.o
