this series by Robert Jordan is the best Ive ever read...

The world, plots, characters and everything is simply amazing..

It's all so well done, like a real world..

Agreed. There is just so much depth to it and the characters have been developed so well. Can't wait till I finish exams so I can read the rest of them.

Definatly best in its genre (yes I know I misspelled Myrddraal) but definatly not the best book ever. If I am looking for a science fiction book for instance the WoT series doesn't apply. In my opinion there is no best book ever, only those that excel in their areas.

Myrddrall9 is quite right. It isn't the best book/series/saga ever, but it is certainly valid to place it amongst the best of its genre smile.gif.

It's one of the top fantasy series for sure, but top ever? I don't know about that.

They're good but nowhere near the level of Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of the Fallen or George RR Martin's Song of Ice and Fire.

i just dislike how the plot always changes to other people
at some of the later books it takes like 700 pages for you to finally hear from rand/perrin/mat and those are like the best characters
and then they have some epic battle and in the next book you have to wait another 700 pages to hear from them again
