How could you debate this when the series is unfinished?

That's sort of the point of a debate. It wouldn't be much of a debate if the series was finished and we all knew who his mother was.

The series could be finished while leaving the mother still unknown. That would be an actual debate if there was something to speculate.

When Lord Wyman talked to davos about eddard's time in there, (or was it the stop before there?) he seemed to talk of events that happened during his tenure as Lord, which he knew very well. I think he's really the child of that wet nurse who rescued and nursed him back to health, and people are just speculating out of control.
