These are some authors/books I have enjoyed:

R.A. Salvatore
Rick Riordan
Pittacus Lore
Orson Scott Card - some of his books, others I found kind of slow
Eragon series

If I could get some suggestions that would be great :)

John Flanagan - Ranger's Apprentice
Really good series, but geared towards younger audiences like Rick Riordan's books.

I haven't read much fantasy in a while, so I don't have a lot to recommend xD

yeah I read some of that series a while ago. I thought it was ok, but not fantastic

The Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson.
The Way of Kings by brandon Sanderson.
The Name of the Wind by Patrick Ruthfuss.

Some that you may like. I loved those books and I also read and liked those books you posted.
