I've seen the movie, so if I wanted to start reading the books, do you think I should go back and start at book 1? Or do you think I can just go ahead and start at book 2?

I think I may have missed a lot in book 1 if I got straight to 2, just wanted to see what you guys have to say.

Have access to all 3 anyways, family member owns them and they are just chilling on the book shelf

Go with reading the 1st book.
Movies always skimp out on details from books

Definitely start with the first book.
I haven't seen the movie, but I read all the books a while ago.
The first one is pretty good, the second is okay, and the third is meh.
So if you're going to read the books, you pretty much have to read the best one xD

Well if it gets progressively worse, that kinda demotivates me to read them lol

They're still not that bad xD
The series is really addicting, I read all three over Fall break in high school, which was 3 days I think.

I'll give it a try. I'm just bored and feel like reading a book series, saw these sitting there so it got me thinking lol

Is the movie adaptation of Hunger Games really worst than the Eragon movie?

Haven't seen it yet, but I was pretty upset with the Eragon movie =/
