I THINK that they're just series played out in the same world tbh ;o

Though I'd recommend that you'll read book 1 of the Sin War before you start at book 2 or 3 :]

The sin wars is a series so you should probably read them in order, my friend says they're good. I've read a bunch of the other ones that they bundled together. They aren't really related, probably because they're mostly by different authors. So just pick one and read away.
