Hey JSP, this is my inspiration thread. We all write little somethings. Feel free to share any short text or poem you wrote or that incredibly inspired you.

But there you are, frail and wail, alone in the dark,
whispering a sorry even if it’s the end of the story.
Why would you still worry? She puts you down,
smiles like a clown and starts looking for another crown.
So creep and so weird, her smile still remembers you something real.
A something you can’t anymore feel.
Each time you see it, it’s an appeal; a loud shrill cry, a squeal.
She’s now the fame and you’re the shame. So lame, even God wouldn’t look at you in vain.
It’s funny how you give a thousand of Love you for a single Fuck you.

Only a writer will apreciate the agony of sharing an untold story.

You are right, life is a tough game. Harder than a matter and worse than curse, thinking about it makes me wanna write this verse.
Many of our smiles are fake, the poor re-make of unforgettable mistakes. You gotta keep going, that's the point of winning.
Even if you can't truely win, give life a lil' grin.

I was listening to a Jack Kerouac album one night while falling asleep and this poem from Mexico City Blues was read.

In the ocean there is a very sad turtle
(Even tho the SS Mainline Fishin Ship
is reeling in the merit like mad)
Swims longmouthed & sad, looking
for the Impossible Except Once
afternoon when the Yoke, Oh,
the old Buddha Yoke set a-floatin
is in the water where the turtle raises
his be-watery snop to the sea
and the Yoke yokes the Turtle
a Eternity --
"Tell me O Bhikkus
what are the chances
of such a happening
for the turtle is old
and the yoke free
and the 7 oceans bigger
than any we see
in this tiny party."
Chances are slender --
In a million million billion kotis
of Aeons and Incalculables. Yes,
the Turtle will set that Yoke free,
but till then, harder yet
are the chances, for a man
to be reborn a man
in this Karma earth...

Depression is a part of me

A burning passion deep inside

I've felt this far to long

A well that use to be plentiful

Has been drained to the bone

I will shed no tears in this life again

My skin is empty, my soul is thin,

And my heart begins to shrivel

Slowly I feel an ache

This sort of pain comes but one a life time

Surrounded by misery

Lying in a bed of broken promises

My life seems empty

I'm just waiting for something, someone,

Or anything to set me free

My thoughts are a cage

My mind is trapped within

The things I contemplate are surly a sin

Please help me break these shackles im in

I'm pleading, begging, and crying within

For a new life, or no life I just want something to begin.

- Tim

Friend wrote this and really hit me hard as I've had similar feelings ;]

Nice one guys!

Oh, look at you.
Your mask, your wall.
Fix it, it's tearing apart.
It's getting wear, from all the hypocrisy you bear,
It's only a matter of time before it falls.

Then people will realize,
That they've been fooled;
That under your beautiful deep ocean eyes,
were hidden torrents of lies, immured.

But they won't.
Your sweet forgery,
will cover all this mystery

Never-endingly.
