Things They Carried--It's a tremendous book. Not that it's relevant but I saw O'Brien speak a few years ago. Very interesting guy. Very quick read, too. You should get through in a couple days.

Things They Carried is absolutely amazing. Better than Going after Cacciato (also O'brien). Light read but heavy emotionally.
