What I enjoy:

Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter, A Series of Unfortunate Events.

I think that's all the series books i've read, lately i've been reading musician biographies and whatnot. But I also appreciate Hemingway, Stephen King, William Golding, Dalton Trumbo, and other writers who aren't stuck in my head at the moment.

The best Sci Fi series for me personally are Simon R Green's " Deathstalker" and "Hawk and Fischer"
If u like action thrillers, i would recommend Lee Child's books about Jack Reacher
