Er..... how old are you? Coz i have a book that i still enjoy that i read when i was like 12. I'm 17 atm, but still enjoy it.

Gruseshame Grange - Anthony Horrowitz. I think it's a clever book, lots of sarcastic humour happy.gif And good story aswell! Like a black comedy version of Harry Potter lol

Can't help lol. I don't really read short books. I mean, i read some fairly small books, like 100 pages *give or take*. There was one by Terry Pratchett that i found amazing, and that was about 200 pages i think. It was called Amazing Maurice and something something. It was fan-fucking-tastic. But, you may go back and forth on your train because you'll be so into it

Pm me if geeky academic stuff interests u. Otherwise I don't know..if ur into murder, try [i]The DaVinci Code[/b] or maybe a Grisham? <- they are long but quick reads, so imo kinda short (and entertaining). Maybe something by Stephen King: lot of death & fantasy in that stuff...again kinda lengthy but all r quick reads (some of his shorter works were written earlier under the guise of Richard Bachman). Sorry about the half-a$$ suggestions, but maybe you would be willing to try out longer books. Again, if you're into academic/theoretical stuff, that's my jurisdiction: I read everything from physics to philosophy to entymology to religion, etc. lol.

Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk is pretty short. Might as well give it a try, it's a damned amazing book.
