I need a good series to read. Preferably something longer 6-7 books, or longer still. But this doesn't mean I won't read a trilogy or the like.

Something like a Song of Ice and Fire, Wheel of Time, or The Legend of Drizzt.

These are always great but I would recommend the Incarnation of Immortality series by Piers Anthony. It is 7 books.

Trilogies:
The Night Angel Trilogy by Brent Weeks.
The Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon, at least a trilogy in swedish.
The Elenium series by David Eddings.
The Tamuli series by David Eddings.
The Redemption of Althalus by David Eddings, like 1 book in english I think? Though around 900-1k pages so, and a wonderful read.

Some what longer ones:
The Riftwar Saga by Raymond E. Feist, got like 3-5 follow up SERIES with 3-6 books each I believe.
The Drenai Series by David Gemmell, not really a "series" more like each book telling bout different heroes(or the same but when they're old/young) but it's all in the same world and such, really good definitely one of my favorites
personally I would start with The Waylander in that series if you gonna go for it, but it's really individually.
The Rigante by David Gemmell is awesome aswell.

I hope you'll find something you like here ^_^

/E OH RIGHT! Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind definitely if you want a longer one
