I'm looking for an English book which is :

simple
S-F

I rather like collections of short fictions like Skeleton Crew from Stephen King , While all the light lasts from Agatha Christie (even if both aren't S-F) ,etc...
Could you give me some names?

I'm currently reading through a book of Hemingway short stories, and I like it.

I've also enjoyed short stories by Anton Checkov and F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Edit: I'm not sure what your English proficiency is, but there really isn't anything difficult language in the stories I've read.
