I personally fell in love with the series right when it came out, but as the books kept coming I didn't enjoy them nearly as much. Her writing style changed, but that is to be expected. They also became teen books instead of children's books, I would not be comfortable reading them to my younger siblings who some are at the age I started reading them. But she may be doing this to keep her origional readers and since her origional readers have grown older, also because Harry too has gotten older, the books are becoming more mature.
