The Illuminati, as I understand it, isn't philosophy but rather an alleged underground group with tremendous influence in politics. Writings about it are mainly found on various Internet blogs but I wouldn't be surprised if they published a few books on it.

Nicolau Machiavell, the prince is pretty good, but isntead of reading the original u could go for a critical book of his work since it will be an easier read.
