Who exaclt is carnage? I've heard some details about venom. But can you guys give me some info on carnage?

Carnage is a villian who a person who merged with Venom during a prision breakout became Carnage, better to check out the net for more info, cant remember much about him atm cept he was really awesome.

When I was younger I used to watch the television cartoons of spiderman. I found the episode with carnage (I think it was a double episode) quite good.

in brief :
Here is the history on Carnage and Venom: While at a science experiment Peter Parker was bitten by a spider that had been radiated by a atomic energy experiment. He then Gained the proportionate speed and agility of a spider. After all that fun stuff happened to him Peter became a superhero. In 1987 in The Secret Wars, While after a battle on an alien planet he recived a new black suit. This suit made him stronger and would come on him with a thought. He then found out from the FANTASTIC FOUR that it was a living symbiote. Peter then went to Our Lady of Saints Church to kill the symbiote with the sonics from the bells.

Eddie Brock just happened to be in the church praying for forgiviness, when the symbiote then bonded with Eddie and thus forming Venom . Venom was initially all evil and didn't care about anything. Now Venom is a protector of inocents and the only reason he is classified as a villain is because he hates Spiderman. Also because he will do anything to get to Spiderman. He hates SM for two reasons 1. He tried to kill the symbiote, in which the symbiote was not to happy and because our pal EDDIE didn't like PETER cause he proved his Sin Eater story to be a lie. Anyways Venom became one of SM greatest foes.

Nowadays in comics after the clone plot line Venom has a peace treaty with Peter but hates Ben. The treaty was made in ASM #375. Now to make matters more interesting Venom got put in jail by SM (before the treaty). While in jail he did jail stuff... planing to kill SM, working out etc. Anyways his cellmate was this serial killer named CLETUS KASADY. Venom was not put in the vault because he was separated temporarily from the symbiote. One day the symbiote came back and into the jail through a window and bonded with Eddie. He then made himself into a thin filament and slipped through the bars. BUT unknown to Eddie was that the symbiote has one offspring in its life. And just to old Cletus Kasady's luck it happened there. Cletus touched the gooo and was changed to CARNAGE.

carnage is thus made with the same kind of alien symbiot than venom and is a madman
