I'm not sure if I like the ending or not yet, very abrupt for sure.
And not that I'm a big Bible thumper either but I'm not sure I like how anti-Christian the books got either.

I almost feel like he tainted the novel for me when he tried to tie it into the real world.

Not sure what you mean by anti-christian when they believe in a creator, have nuns [sisters], ect

After being spoiled by the wheel of time, the main thing I didnt like about the series was the lack of explanation on how magic "works"
Never liked the need crap

Also I found the new characters in each book to be predictable after the 5-6th

i didnt think it was all that abrubt, i mean it does come to a head, what happens happens, and there isnt too much "afterstory"

you can pick up law of nines, takes place in the paralell world (which is our reality) and is a few hundred years later, its very good

Well this might sound weird, but what I mean by abrupt is I spent like 7 months reading the series and then all of a sudden it's over. No more Richard.

Now you can start watching Legend of the Seeker which is based on the book but in no way does it follow it.

Goodkind sold out. It should have been made into a movie.
