It will always be acting like a veil
first you see what you should not have been shone
darkness, always nips, scratching at your heel,
all is clear untill you are all alone.
your vision milky, then your eyes will rot,
soon all the world will become damp and dark.
it is where all is there, but there is not,
as darkness again will take its own mark.
shadows are being moved where light should be,
into darkness, in your own mind.
if you are noticing you can, too, see
light is slowly, slowly fading behind.
now that you cannot see now you can now find,
that you have beacome eternally blind...
