just finished this, and i have to say, i really hate reading but i couldn't put this book down. i wasn't a fan of the ending, because it seemed kinda jerry springerish to me, but it definitely was an interesting twist. i had read a couple of dan brown's books before and i have to say parts of the plot were pretty predictable. the movie looks interesting too. anyone else read this book?

Sure, but it's a almost too easy read, really nothing special.
And for the bolded comment you deserve to get hanged! Reading lets you explore different worlds and perspectives of people that you will never ever experience yourself.

If Dan Brown can convince you to not hate reading, then you've obviously been missing out on some really stellar books.

Not exactly on the same subject line, but with equal intrigue = I'd recommend pretty much anything by Michael Crichton, but especially Timeline. (Don't opt for the movie over the book, they cut out tons and Gerard Butler was the only good casting pick. I don't have anything against the other actors, but they just weren't right for the roles....)

Another good one is The Truth Machine by J. Halperin.

(also, if you hate reading, how is it that you'd already read a couple of his books and went back for thirds?) :p
