this one hundred year old, pedofile vampire secretly starts to fall in love with an underaged girl. watches her sleep, stalkers her, makes her fall in love with him etc. then he goes on to stalk her some more until he thinks hes going to attack her. since hes not that fucked up, he moves to freaking alaska to make sure he doesn't rape this girl, or do god knows what. i just summed up the first two books for you
