easily one of the best books from our nation, nearly tops the category of the beat generation, changed my life. Check out Naked Lunch by william burroughs and Howl and other peoms by Allen Ginsberg

Great book, but I prefer Kerouac's other books like Tristessa and The Dharma Bums. Also William Burroughs is amazing.

i know what this book is about. Its just basically about finding america in the 1950's and one man's quest to find himself and the great wilderness of america post war world two.

Oh my. I can't believe you said it is boring..

:\

Please, read it all and then judge it. It is an amazing book to me, despite what anyone may say about it.
