Orly? I havent read the sword of truth, but I frikken loved WoT, is Sword of Truth worth the ~60$ I would have to drop to get the books?

No offense to any fans, but both series tend to be very generic and formulaic fantasy -- and I speak from experience, having been an avid reader of Jordan and Goodkind in my youth.

Try some George R. R. Martin or Steven Erikson and you'll never go back!

imo use the library. fuck paying for that shit. its wroth it though. i preferred sot, little more advanced themes imo. however WoT was super fun, bummed about jordan. rip.
