yeah i read it..... didnt find anything wrong with it. besides the f word liek 2 times and the gettinga hooker ( that he does nothing with) idk y its banned in alot of places and y ppl think its liek brainwash. theres really nothing wrong with it and its a pretty good book

catcher in the rye, because it was on the banned list made me want to read it,
after so i loved it

I thought that the reason it was banned was beacuse there was racial slurs and shit like that, btw to kill a mockingbird is becoming a heavily banned book due to the same deal

i dotn remember any raclal stuff, just the F word a few times and him about to do a hooker ( which he didnt) si the only things that were kinda bad about them.

I never liked the book, it seems to just be a teenager trying to act too grown-up and ending up looking/feeling like a jackass. Throughout most of the book, I could just be sitting on the side going HURRRR at the stupid things Holden does.

there is nothing wrong with it.. its about a boy pretty much trying to find himself and does a lot of bad things which is pretty much how teenagers are today... people are just fucking stupid and like to bitch about stuff.... absolutely nothing wrong with this book
