Arnold was even more famous in the bodybuilding world, than he was for movies or governor, in his time. That book is the result of years of experience, I picked it up perhaps 3 times when I came across it in book stores, and was able capture about half the book. Aside from the occasional backhand compliments.. dry.gif it's probably the best book of the genre. unsure.gif Not that I'm an expert of the field.. far from it tongue.gif

However to forewarn, most of the information is outdated since it was written a a few decades ago. He has published in recent terms an "encyclopedia" for body building which he relates the experience of other body builders as well, it's a much more interesting read, and probably more accurate to date. laugh.gif
