it was written by steven king, one of his better ones imo, i have also heard they are making it into a movie. has anyone else read and have you heard anything about a port to a movie also?

It was one of his worst books. I've read every Stephen King book and short story...:\

I wouldn't say it was one of his worst but it was definitely not up to par. I'd still recommend it for any serious Stephen King fan though.

i dont think it sounded too inteesting. amd you comparint as one of his greats is a slap in the face to the master works such as

I enjoyed the first half of The Stand, but I don't know why I've never been able to finish it... I've never ever had that problem with books before no matter what the length... The Stand just seems to be my "Everest" of books I guess.

lol no one compared it to anything i said it was one of his better ones, which does not say which ones i think are bad so there was no slap in the face lol
