Has anyone ever read the novels based around the character named Kay Scarpetta? I think their a great book series, and i suggest anyone that likes crime fiction novels read them, they are very interesting and enlightening in the ways of the detective aspects of crime fighting. The author's name is Patricia Cornwell... Anyone interested should look them up and once you read one tell me what you thought :-)

I have read several of these as e-books and they are all very good. Its been awhile since I have read them but if you enjoy crime fiction, then these are for you. Some of the Grisham novels are good too.

I immensely enjoyed almost all of his books except for the one about painting the house. That one was completely different than any of the rest. It turned out to be a good story anyways I just wasn't expecting that it would be different than the others he wrote.

tongue.gif i really need to read that one while on break at work or something, anyways yeah Patricia Cornwell's newer book based around Kay Scarpetta named BlowFly was completely different than her other ones and i didn't like it nearly as much, im going to get the new one thats coming out in a few months, and im hoping it will go back to normal, otherwise im going to stop reading her books, their just not good in the new manner of writing :-/

I think I read all of hers that were out at the time (1-2 years ago maybe?) then I stopped and haven't looked for anything since then. I used to have time at work to read (hence the e-books) but now unfortunately I'm a little busier.
