Thanks for the correction. In that case, I have only read the first 7!

Are they worth the read?
As good as Eragon/Eldest, Harry Potter, R.A. Salvator?

They are certainly worth reading. WoT has a fantasy setting for sure but its different than the typical D&D setting.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok now I was able to vent my disappointment at all of your (y'alls?) lack of knowledge about this AMAZING series of books, let me tell you all (HEATHENS!!!) that there are 11 books in the actual series (Eye of the World, Great Hunt, Dragon Reborn, Shadow rising, Fires of Heaven, Lord of Chaos, Crown of swords, Path of Daggers, Winter's Heart, Crossroads of twilight, Knife of dreams). There is also 1 Prequel (New Spring) and The World of Robert Jordan's the wheel of time by him and Teresa Patterson.

These books are bloody awsome and not long whatsoever imo. Some 10000 (yes, ten thousand) pages of kickin' literature and really good plots make up for a very short read if you are up for it. Arguably the main story does get somewhat convoluted and drawn out later on in the series but these are A MUST READ (YES, MUST, MUST, MUST, READ SERIES OF BOOKS). HEATHENS!!!!!!!

Just a little question: Who wants Rand to die? Please say: "YES that lucky bastard manages to bed three peaches (Min, Aviendha and Elayne)"

Yes, better than Harry Potter by far dry.gif.... haven't read the others. I have red The Book of words, Pern, A song of ice and fire, belgariad, mallorean, tamuli, ellenium, discworld, empire, harry potter, and lots, lots more madieval fantasy and this is among THE VERY BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
