How To File A Claim and Cancel - Paypal Guide
Steps:
1. Send Money
2. File Claim
a. Item Dispure Method
b. Unauthorized Transaction Method
3. Cancel Claim
Easy as 1 2 3, well, not actually.
1. Send Money
When you log into your paypal account the first screen you will see is "My Account" There is a blue bar near the top of the page, Click "Send Money" to...send money.

The next page you are at is the last page you will see before sending the money. This is where you should include a note to verify who is sending the money and who is receiving. You might want it to look something like this.
" 'Buyer' sending 'Seller' $X for X Million GP "

At this step, the buyer needs to file a claim for an unauthorized transaction. Once they file the claim and cancel they cannot file a claim again! You can either file a claim for an item dispute or unauthorized transaction. Unauthorized transaction is the most secure in my opinion.

Go To "My Account" and find the transaction you want to file the claim for.

On the next page it will show the details of the transaction, at the bottom of the page there is a link for "Resolution Center" Click it

Go to 'Resolution Center' and look for the transaction and click 'Cancel'

You will probably get taken to a screen asking you to change your password or security questions or address. Just click resolution center and check if the case has been closed. If it is, it will look like this:
