yeah i have i've read all 12 of those books and in my personal opion i wouldnt bother wasting that much time of your life

I read all 12 too.
I enjoyed them though...

Yeah I saw em at the library but I wasn't really sure if it was something I'd be interested in. What exactly are they about???

i liked them...i never finished them though.

there about a kid who becomes a vampires assistant and then a vampire prince and then he has too stop some big evil plot from the vampires brothers who suck...not well written i wouldnt recomend them if your over 12...

its about a boy named darren shan. it begins with his like of spiders. he goes to see a freak show. where he see's the giant and extremely deadly spider madam octa. he steals it and it bites his friend steve. and for darren to get the antidote to help his friend he ahs to become larten creepsly's vampire assistant. he has no real choice to accept. He sacraficed his life for his friend. Then he travels with the freak show for awhile. and eventually they go to vampire moutain. He has to take the vampire trials to prove he is a worthy vampire. if he fails he should be sentenced to death. But he did fail but he ran to escape his fate. While running he learned that the soon to be vampire prince kurda smalt had betrayed the vampires and hid the vampanese in the tunnels. kurda was executed. Then he learned that they must begin searching for the vampanese lord.

It goes on from there amazing books

17, and just because you dun like the story line it doesn't make it bad. if you read them you might like them.

they're really not worth it though they aren't well written because they're for younger people you could definately find a better vampire series to read...
