I'm about to start the 7th Dark Tower book actually (The Dark Tower).
Omg. I think I'm in love.
Reading The Gunslinger (Book one) atm for the third time. Since I read each book from 4 on when it came out, I've never had the chance to read them all consecutively and pick up on the nuances linking each book. Plus, you're always more educated and have more worldly knowledge as you age, so hopefully I can pick up on some more things @ 24 compared to 18-20ish.
Only books of his > The Stand is The Dark Tower collection.

Currently Reading: The Bible
Just started.
Funny that you are too. I've never actually sat down and read it straight through, so I've been doing a little bit at a time online. Just got done with Leviticus.

Just read "Thud" by Terry Pratchett and am currently reading "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Series" I'm on "Life, The Universe, and Everything". And for mlynch69, the end of the last book will piss you off as it should, but it makes sense when contemplating the character of Roland as a whole. have fun, hope you enjoy.
Why would you even hint at the ending? That's messed up for someone who's been on a long journey through a tale.
For the people who love Stephen King and LOTR as I do so much, I would suggest two other series' of books.. Chronicles of Narnia and the series by Madeline L'Engle starting with A Wrinkle in Time.
