Finishing up a Dune reread. And I've got to say, I really haven't read any other Herbert. Can you let me know what you think about that book once you finish? Or any other Herbert you've read?

Overall, it's all worth reading but Dune is easily the best written. Quite a number of his books do what God Emporer of Dune does, lots of interesting ideas and plenty of monolauges but it makes for a bit of a confusing read the first time through.

As of this post, I am reading Orwell's 1984.
Following this novel I will read either Joyce's Ulysses or Rand's Atlas Shrugged, though I am currently undecided on which to read.
