I ended up buying Angels and Demons and reading it on vacation, not realizing that it was by Dan Brown.  After I finished it, someone mentioned to me that he wrote Da Vinci Code, and it began to sink in.

I read Da Vinci after Angels, and I personally liked the story of Angels better.

I've also read Digital Fortress icon_pointl.gif meh, ok but nothing special, and Deception Point icon_pointl.gif not very interesting

Yeah I have both those books, Digital Fortress and Deception Point, but I heard they weren't all that great so never bothered to read them. I may someday though, but not any time soon.

In my opinion its one of the best books i've read for a long time. While some of it was a bit farfetched, the logic , storyline and characters kept me reading the book non-stop. I can be a slow reader but I read it in 2 days. Also If you enjoyed this book you could try reading The Righteous Men by Sam Bourne. It's kind of a jewish take on the da vinci code but is hailed as the biggest challenger to Dan Browns crown. Both books really make you think, give them both a go.

All of his books are definitely a good read, but the endings are extremely predictable if you've read even one of his books. The bad guy is always the one you least expect it to be.

Duh? its a book. he wanted it to sell.

I thought it was a good book. i did pretty much figure out who the villain was though. i just wish it had ended with a bit more action
