fuck you. Goodkind is a God. Im finishing up Phantom and I can't fucking wait a month for the next book to come out.

The next book in that series of his that never ends? That fantasy series that isn't actually fantasy? That's right...magic, dragons, superswords, good wizards, evil wizard villains, and more ripped off fantasy cliches than you can count...isn't fantasy according to the author. That author who claims to not read other fantasy, yet appears to have ripped off from every source from Dune, to Tolkien, to WoT? The guy whose books amount to little more than flimsy strawmen arguments to prop up his lame pseudo-philosophy? The laughable caricature villains? The rape and BDSM just for the sake of it...ALL the time? That Terry Goodkind?

The guy is a hack. A poor writer and storyteller. Wouldn't be all that bad, but he also thinks he's god's gift to literature...when all he writes is repetitive, contrived, pulp. Seriously, if you're going to slurp up someone elses cultish propaganda...at least get it from the source. Read some Ayn Rand. She's bad too, but at least you're getting it from the cult leader instead of one of the stooges.

i dont much care about your opinion, but if your going to but Rober Jordan above Terry Goodkind, I swear I will hunt you down and murder you myself.

Might I add that Jordans books are the ones that never end....? He even died before the end comes in sight. Goodkinds final and concluding epic will come out nov 13. Every singloe one of goodkinds books had a climatic dramatic ending, you can't even begin to remotely say the same for jordan.

i'm not a fan of Jordan. He is an infinitely better writer and storyteller than Goodkind however. RJ had an overarching storyline and end destination since the beginning of his epic. Goodkind tacked one on after fans got pissed that his books wander around aimlessly and that there was no overall purpose to the story or characters. RJ lost control of the story and that's why it dragged. Goodkind never had a story to begin with.



Heh...definitely says alot about the typical Goodkind fan. But don't worry, you'll grow up at some point. It takes a certain type of infantile narcissism to really be a Goodkind fan. Most people lose that around the time they hit 20 or so.

Finishing up a Dune reread. And I've got to say, I really haven't read any other Herbert. Can you let me know what you think about that book once you finish? Or any other Herbert you've read?

No overall purpose????? the rest of your ignorant post I can credit to you being a faggot, but this is insane, how could you possibly say this if youve read goodkinds books???? I mean, that right there, is a perfect, pure and in every way accurate description of JORDAN!!!

EVERY single one of GOODKINDS books are jam packed with insane amount of action JAM PACKED!!! The last 200 pages of each books is JAM FUCKING PACKED wtih concluding suspense. EVERY books has a dramatic plot to it. EVERY book ends with a bang. EVERY book is full of umpredictable exciting twists and events. AND STILL at the same time the whole series follows a single clear and overall plot that will conclude dramatically on nov13. There are a million things that need to happen in this book. Goodkinds not putting shit off like fucking Jordan does.

GOODKIND fans never got pissed about anything....wtf are you even talking about????? Take a peek at jordans fans dumbass.... just look at what jordan fans reveiwers write in amazon, b&n or any fucking blog.... THEY are the deprived ones wondering what shit happened after book3 and hoping against hope Jordan gets his head on straight again....too late.
